Spotlight KJ4DXL QTH
KJ4DXL QTH Located in Central Alabama, my QTH is housed in an 8'x8' environmentally controilled shack separated from the house by 30'. Major equipment items include Yauesu FT-101ZD, FT-902DM, & FC-902; Azden PCS-3000; Kenwood TM-732A, and Eldico M-135 Station Control. Antennas include 1/2" Copper J-Pole, 80m/40m Multiband Dipole, 20m end-fed Vertical, 11m vertical dipole, and scanner. Other equipment icludes homebuilt antenna patchbay, station mic control and recieve audio mute circuitry (in work) Station has battery and generator backup capability.

Strays Add a Stray!
Have several smoke detectors in my house, Gentlemen manufacturers, may I suggest à modification. Instead of the uniform beep signal, make the signal programmable so that you know, which one is active. Morse 'B' is Basement, morse 'K' is Kitchen etc.
