Spotlight KJ4ZFE Shack
KJ4ZFE Shack Welcome to my humble station. Not much on decoration or equipment, but I'm getting there. From Left to right, I have an Astron RS-35M providing power to the equipment. A Vibroplex keyer standard is above it, waiting for me anxiously to get good enough to use it. Next is a set of headphones I made from a cheap pair of headphones to some hearing protection. Nothing fancy. Above it is my MFJ-969 manual tuner. I love it, it tunes my antenna to all bands 6M - 80M. On top is a Yaesu FT-2500M for 2M play. Just left of center is my Yaesu FT-450AT, with a Yaesu Md-100 Mic attached and they straight key in front is a JJ-38 mounted on an old cutting board. Laptop computer is connected to the rig with a home brewed interface. A second monitor helps tremendously to provide additional information quickly. My antennas consist of a Carolina Windom 80 for HF and 5/8 Collinear for 2M play. Some other toys as well, just not in the picture.

Strays Add a Stray!
The main beauty of Ham Radio is the ability to make contact with another Ham anywhere in the World at any time ! What a reality !! '73; George.
