What do you like best about the programs at your local club's meetings? Please explain your choice!
[264 votes since 2017-09-12]
I don't attend them or don't belong to a local club.
I attend but they don't (regularly) have programs.
Technical topics like propagation, electronics, antennas, etc.
Operating topics like how to contest, make DX or satellite QSOs, or handle message traffic.
  Topics specifically for license upgrading.
  I don't like (the) programs.

My humble shack KG6PHS The queen of the shack is sitting above the newly-restored Heathkit SB-101. My main rig below is a Kenwood TS-850S, with a Ten-Tec 229 tuner and Ameritron 811 amp. An EV-664A mic. and custom- loaded G5RV junior complete the station. 73s!

    Shack Showcase WS5J
WS5J Here is my little shack. Yaesu FT-990 Kenwood TS-950 (back-up rig), home brew amp (set of 572-B tubes), Yaesu FT-857D for 6 meters, & Yaesu FT-8900 for UHF/VHF. My antenna system consists of a home brew 5 band, 2 element cubical quad, with a 6th band 4 element quad for 6 meters at 80 feet; 2 inverted "V" antennas for 80 and 40 meters at the 60 foot level; and on top of all of that is a dual band "J" pole for UHF/VHF. The entire antenna system sits on an 80 foot tower beside our home.
