Ogasawara and Minami Torishima (JD1) Activity

JD1 - Ogasawara  & Minami Torishima
There has been an increase in activity from the Japanese island groups. 

Taku, JD1BIA/JD1 is active on 10, 15 and 80 meter SSB. 

JH0XUP/JD1, also on Ogasawara is QRV on 30, 17, 15, and 12 meters CW, with some SSB activity. 

Hiro, JN1HOW/JD1 is active on 30 and 40 meter CW from 1800-2100 UTC. 

On , Katsumi, JD1BCK has been active on 15 meter SSB from
1000-1200 UTC.  He is using an FT-100 and 3 element beam.  QSL via JM1TUK,
Kazuyoshi Nasu, 3-12-11-201 Oda Kawasaki ku, Kawasaki 210-0846, JAPAN with 1
IRC or $2.

JD1BCK is in fact active. He is a beginner and does not speak english very well. If you work him speak slowly. His name is Katsumi. He has a web page with email log lookup at http://www.vc-net.ne.jp/~nasuemon/jd1bck/jd1bck.html
