OY AND OW! That many hams in the Faroe Islands?

I would sure like to work the Faroes (Føroyar)! They are an amazing people. Despite officially being "Danish citizens" they are NOT part of the EU...by their own choice. The EU stipulates that Danish nationals residing in the Faroe Islands are not to be considered as Danish nationals within the meaning of the EU treaties. How's that for a little confusion?

The Faroese language is a Germanic language derived from Old Norse, significantly influenced by Gaelic, and is closely related to the Icelandic language and some Norwegian dialects.

This is all pretty cool.
