I wonder if the windmill at Pea Soup Anderson's in Buellton, CA would qualify for this event. California Hams, need to explore this one and, the soup is good!

I guess about 20 miles to Lompoc.

Buellton is closer to Solvang than Lompoc, but still within Santa Barbara County.

If you use Google Earth, you can see the windmill at the restaurant.

There is (or was) a Pea Soup Anderson's in Carlsbad north of San Diego. Since I haven't lived in San Diego for five years, I don't know if it's still there or not. Time to check the Internet.
