It is about time that the Ham interests in this case take off the gloves and go after the regulatory boards and all the citizens named in the petitions for abuse of process. Legal Fees, Lost Time, Mental Anguish; that is take no prisoners. Even when it is done correctly someone squawks.

They shouldn't be able to bleed someone financially until they surrender, let them feel the pain.

These folks who are determined to fight this ham's tower are the same kind of people who would be complaining about not enough help should a disaster arise in their community. I wonder how many cell phone repeater antennas they have throughout their little kingdom. One way or the other, lessons will be learned from thin.

The appeal will be heard--and then denied. The gentleman went by the requirements laid out be the planning board, so they have no choice in the matter--and if they do deny the permit again or put more restrictions on it, I hope W3YNI brings both them and the township to court and sues the pants off the lot of them. He'll win.

Here's hoping Charles Mills goes to war.

He may not have to.

SB-884 (AKA the Pa PRB-1) passed the Pa State House last night, by an overwhelming margin (197 - 1 if I recall correctly). Since it already passed the Pa State Senate, it now goes to the Governor for his signature.

Presuming Fast Eddie signs it into law, in 60 days, Penn Township will find it a great deal more difficult to deny the permit, and the neighbors will find it a great deal more difficult to appeal it.

It was signed by the Governor. It goes into effect on December 8th. Just a simple stay to delay the hearing until after the bill goes into effect would render the appeal moot.
