This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by NC1L, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily DX, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites. Thanks to all.

TIMOR-LESTE, 4W. Chris is QRV as 4W6FR and has been active on 20 and 17 meters using either PSK and SSB after 0900z. QSL via VK4FW.

MADAGASCAR, 5R. Wayne, W5KDJ will be QRV as 5R8KD from July 5 to 17. Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW and RTTY. This includes an entry in the upcoming IARU contest. QSL to home call.

MALDIVES, 8Q. Pierre, HB9QQ is QRV as 8Q7QQ until July 11. He is active on the newer bands, 6 meters and EME. QSL to home call.

PORTUGAL, CT. A group of operators will be QRV as CR5NRA on July 4 during the WLOTA contest. QSL via operators' instructions. In addition, members of the Algarve STAR DX Team will be QRV as CR6A on July 5 from Fuzeta Est Mole Lighthouse. QSL via CT1GFK.

TAJIKISTAN, EY. Rahim, EY7AD has been QRV on 20 meters SSB around 0130z. QSL to home call.

JAPAN, JA. Operators 7N4AGB/6, JK1EBA/6, JJ1JGI/6, JA1XEQ/6 and JA1KJW/6 will be QRV from Tokashiki Island, IOTA AS-017, from July 7 to 10. QSL to home calls.

PUERTO RICO, KP4. Look for station K4G to be QRV during the WLOTA Contest from WLOTA 2802 using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL via WP3MW.

POLAND, SP. In celebration of the Tall Ships' 2009 Race in Gdynia, special event stations SN2009TSR, SN50ZAGLE, SN09A, SN09C, SN09E, SN09H, SN09I, SN09L, SN09P, SN09R, SN09S, SN09T, SP09A, SP09L, SP09S and SQ09S are QRV until July 7. QSL via operators' instructions.

EAST KIRIBATI, T32. Tovia, T32TV has been QRV from Christmas Island, IOTA OC-024, using SSB on 20 meters around 0600z. QSL via operator's instructions.

ARUBA, P4. Joe, W2OZO is QRV as P40OZ until July 4. Activity is mostly on 20 meters using SSB. QSL to home call.

BRAZIL, PY. Look for ZX8A to be QRV from Sao Luiz Island, IOTA SA-016, from July 8 to 11. Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. This includes possible activity from the Aracagi Lighthouse ARLHS BRA-005. QSL via PT2OP.

DODECANESE, SV5. George, GM0IIO is QRV as SV5/homecall from Rhodes, IOTA EU-011, until July 8. Activity is on 20 meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home call.

CHAGOS ISLAND, VQ9. Larry, VQ9LA has been QRV on 20 meters around 0240z. QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The WLOTA Contest, Digital Pentathlon, Venezuelan Independence Day Contest, DL-DX RTTY Contest, Original QRP CW Contest, PODXS 070 Club 40-Meter Firecracker Sprint, MI QRP July 4th CW Sprint and the DARC 10-Meter Digital Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this weekend. The RSGB 80-Meter Club CW Championship is scheduled for July 6. The ARS Spartan CW Sprint is scheduled for July 7. Please see July QST, page 76, and the ARRL and WA7BNM contest web sites for details.
