Pleasant Grove OKs New Radio Antenna Ordinance:
by K7UA on March 17, 2010 Mail this to a friend!
Darryl, K7UT, did the Utah hams a great service with this one. The city was not very cooperative with a friend of mine who wanted to put up a tower. It would have been nice to have a blanket exemption for ham antennas, but the 70 ft limit is pretty good. Darryl was also instrumental in getting a state wide premption law passed several years ago. However, some of the local cities don't seem to think that it applies to them. Kudos to K7UT!
