As there are dozens of "Chathams" around the world, I would like to add that after a bit of research I discovered that this Chatham is in Massachusetts.

This is wonderful. I visited WCC many years ago. Monitored the station in the 1950's as a kid swl.

I've been by the place many times. On Rte. 28, an older country road, it has towers and buiuldings that do date from way back when. After RCA left, another entity took it over--I think it was one of the now defunct telephone companies from the 80s, MCI.
After MCI merged with Verizon, those buildings were abandoned by Verizon--until now. Chatham bought them for use of the museum and other businesses.

There may be many "Chathams" but only one Cape Cod.
