The Spanish amateur radio team ARMIC ONCE EA3RKR has received special authorisation to set-up a ham radio station and transmit from inside Barcelona Cathedral - something unheard of since its construction.

The event will take place on the 18th of September, and the team would like to invite any radio ham who may be travelling to, or on vacation in Barcelona on this date, to come and operate the station.

Interested amateurs should contact EA3RKR via e-mail ASAP.

It´s necesary say you name, call and personal data, the Team need make a list, for free entry, for give to the monument staff.

The list it´s limited, and inscription on this it´s for received order, Non EA and blinds or handicapped ham have preference, but also all invite to any ham than would like it come on
