The minutes of the 2012 Annual Meeting of the ARRL Board of Directors http://www.arrl.org/news/arrl-board-of-directors-holds-2012-annual-meeting-okays-electronic-balloting-for-division-elections have now been posted to the ARRL Web site http://www.arrl.org/files/file/About%20ARRL/Board%20Meetings/ARRL_2012_Annual_Board_Meeting_Minutes.pdf. The meeting took place January 13-14 in Windsor, Connecticut.
