I once caught a mobile ham QRMer red handed and mentioned it on the repeater, without even naming names and the guy made threats to me on the repeater afterwards. Then he pretty much dried up and went away. No further action was necessary.

I live and work in the San Antonio area, this person is unstable and dangerous he caused a lot of problems on several repeaters.

The comment about 75 meters is sad but true. I got away from CB years ago because of the unstable crazies its a sad thing to hear it on the ham bands.

There are plenty of guys in amateur radio like this who have never touched a CB. I've met them. Don't think for a second it's limited to CB.
