10 milliwatts out should be OK under Part 15 rules. So no ham license required. Plus, no-one will hear you outside of a hundred foot radius or so. Big deal. John

That reminds me of a fantastic QRP article under the title "Working the World on 2 Milliwatts". That was on 10 meters at the height of the sunspot cycle. (73 Magazine, November 1990). But we were all much younger then (sigh). 73, John
