The 13 Colonies special event starts July 1st, 2013 and ends July 6th at midnight eastern (0400 7th) BUT, if the event is affected by bad weather or propagation for the 13 Colony State locations, we will extend the end date of the event to July 7th, Sunday at midnight eastern (0400 July 8th). Please watch my page at QRZ KU2US, our event website and DX Summit for announcements. Hope to work you all.

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO ORIGINAL 13 COLONIES SPECIAL EVENT OPERATING DATES

Due to extreme weather conditions in some of the Colony states, our operating dates will be extended to 08:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time, July 7 (0000Z, July 8).

There will be at least one phone operator per colony State. WM3PEN and satellite operators may, or may not be operating.

Further updates will appear here and on the web page: http://www.13colonies.info/
