Interesting that the whole todo was started by a cell phone tower installation. Sort of sums up what NIMBY is all about:

.......Some of the concerns were prompted by the installation in June of a 14.9-metre SaskTel cellphone tower in a right of way near Briarwood Lake Park......

......."We have to walk a fine balance," said Coun. Randy Donauer. "People want this service, but they do have concerns."
