Scientists, eh? Pretty tall word to call a gaggle of men. What honest researcher would not blush at being called a "scientist"?

Look at 'em all grovelling for grants, making observations fit conclusions to please the sponsors, basking in the peer group recognition as reported in the quarterly journals. Creative thinkers are persecuted.

You can read whole books on the solar cycles. You can read the current data as it is released - all to no avail.

Predictable solar behavior? God indeed has a sense of humor. As Old Man Calvin said, "Whatever He wishes, He wills.

"All science is either physics or stamp collecting" -- said Ernest Rutherford in his Nobel Prize lecture. So far, "science" of solar processes did not achieve the level of physics... so we can only shuffle the stamps of past observations. Since the Sun sends us ALL the energy, and humans can control just one trillionths part of it -- all the "global warmings", "ice ages" and such phenomena, which are happening on Earth for last four billion years, can not be predicted at all. Crooks like (you know who) are using public incompetence to gain their personal wealth talking "global warming" or (since it is now going other way) "global climate change". The truth is... we still don't know how it works, and there are no theories capable of doing ANY meaningful predictions. End of story. Let's just enjoy the cycle we have...
