Gee, how do cell phones and tablets communicate? Must be "cell/wifi/wireless" is something different than radio?

Duh. The "science of radio transmissions" coupled with digital electronics has made cell phones and tablets possible.

This shows you how ignorant most people are when it comes to technology.
