I thought, by the title of the article, that Berkeley PD had cracked down on scanner feeds for their system or that they had gone encrypted. Fortunately, no - they simply went to a trunked system that requires hobbyists to get a simple trunking scanner. Once that's done, there's no reason it can't be streamed for others to hear.
