BeagleBone Black-ALE (BBB-ALE) by N2CKK is a developing 2G Automatic Link Establishment (ALE) Modem/Controller project based on the BeagleBone Black.

BBB-ALE will be a complete stand alone HF-ALE embedded controller with optional remote control interfacing based on the original PC-ALE project code that originally ran on a DOS single board ADSP based computer.

A Yahoo forum has been created for a conversation with the author presenting an opportunity for the potential BBB-ALE user community to be heard early in the development process at:

The files section of the forum is taken shape and soon a preliminary draft design specification will be posted. In time all the the forum will host all BBB-ALE related information, documentation and BBB-ALE releases.

I welcome all advise as to Embedded Linux development and constructive comments regarding an embedded ALE modem/controller feature set and anything else related to the subject matter of focus.
