HAARP Plays One Last Song?

“HAARP complies completely with all existing safety standards for electromagnetic radiation at all locations on or off site,” according to the HAARP website, and it points to an Environmental Impact Statement issued as part of the project’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process in the early ‘90s.

HAARP and its progeny will continue with "scientific" progress.

We have new words in our media now such as "geophysical" weapons, weather warfare, etc.

Out atmosphere used to be a clean place. Our sub-surface strata used to be a place of natural earth shifting and activity. This is all changed now.

The 7 MHz EME experiment was amazing. That was a great night...hearing the transmitted tone, followed by the reflected tone.

It would be nice if they let hams use the HARP antennas as a special event station before its destroyed. It will make for a interesting propagation study. I wonder how effective such high gain high angles radiations would be in the real world.

I wonder if HAARP equipment will become available on the surplus market? I can only imagine the goldmine of transmitter and amp goodies I'd love to get my hands on.
