Hall of Famers announced: Chod Harris, WB2CHO/VP2ML (SK), and John Kanode, N4MM, have been inducted into the CQ DX Hall of Fame. Kanode is an ARRL Vice President, and Harris was once a member of the ARRL Headquarters staff. The announcement came at the DXers banquet in Dayton May 19. The following evening at the Dayton contest banquet, Larry "Tree" Tyree, N6TR, and Walter Skudlarek, DJ6QT, were announced as the newest members of the CQ Contest Hall of Fame.
