NCT GROUP ANNOUNCEMENT

RE: Clear Speech Speaker

Final negotiations and contracts were signed today between NCT GROUP and HEIL SOUND, LTD. announcing the appointment by NCT to HEIL SOUND, LTD as it's prime worldwide distributor and manufacturer of their Clear Speech Speaker.

Heil Sound, Ltd. will distribute the new CLEAR SPEECH speakers to their present amateur radio dealers and commercial broadcast distributors. The Clear Speech speaker will be improved from it's existing format and several new products will be brought to the market using the NCT group technologies. New product models are in development and will be available for market July 30.

NCT Group, Inc. (NCTI) is a publicly-traded, high-tech company with a strong technology base. NCTI is rich in intellectual property with 595 patents and related rights. The company's major focus is the development of its communications subsidiaries. Artera Group, Inc. is a provider of breakthrough "last mile" optimization technology for residential, small business and enterprise applications. The company also has strategic licensing relationships with manufacturers for integration of certain NCTI technologies into products and applications.

Heil Sound, Ltd, an Illinois based audio and communications manufacturer is a solely owned company that designs, builds and markets their leading technologies through a series of dealers and distributors world wide. Heil Sound is acknowledged as the leading pioneer of live concert sound, communications audio and broadcast audio applications.

This is good news for a good product with a solid following. One obvious question is whether Bob will be able to provide aftermarket support and service for the previous product. Given Bob's reputation in the industry, I look forward to viewing his new lineup.

I ordered a ClearSpeech speaker back in January and it took 10 weeks to get it because it was put on back order. I don't think AM-COM was to the task of meeting the orders. This should be a big step in the right direction.

Absolutely great news... and I agree I hope Bob picks up the repair of older ClearSpeech products... I have some biznis for him already.
