It's been interesting to follow the comments in various forums and articles over the past couple of years concerning the use of 73 or 73s at the end of a QSO. This controversy perhaps is not of recent origin. Take a look at the September 2004 issue of QST pages 82-83. Harry S. Myers ends the text of his brochure (re-printed) with: "Best 73s to all of you." This was in 1923...
