C9 - MOZAMBIQUE

Brian, C91DC is working in Maputo until the end of September.  He runs an IC-707 to a dipole antenna. 

He is often QRV 0500-0530 UTC on 28490-28495 KHz and 1400-1500 UTC on 14245 KHz (W7PHO Family Hour).
