WRTC-2000 Awards

WRTC 2000 in IARU HF Championship

Plaques and awards for working special S5 WRTC stations

WRTC  2000 takes part during the IARU HF Championship. There would be 53 stations with special callsigns S511A-S588Z. Each QSO  counts 1 point regardless of band or mode. Multi op. and Single op. stations compete together for the awards while IARU HQ stations would be rated separately.

T-shirt will be awarded to all stations with more than 80 (DX, EU-160) points.

Plaques  and awards will be given to the stations with highest number of points:

1st place 2nd and 3rd place
World wide plaque + award diploma + award
Europe plaque + award diploma + award
Nort America plaque + award diploma + award
South America plaque + award diploma + award
Asia plaque + award diploma + award
Africa plaque + award diploma + award
Oceania plaque + award diploma + award
S5 plaque + award diploma + award
USA plaque + award diploma + award
JA plaque + award diploma + award
HQ Station plaque + award diploma + award


Special acknowledgements and practical awards will be given to the following stations:

-    Worked All WRTC Stations - MIXED
-    Worked All WRTC Stations - CW
-    Worked All WRTC Stations - SSB
-    Worked All WRTC Stations - Single Band

Additional trophies :

-    LU8DQ TROPHY sponsored by Araucaria Dx Group for the team outside Europe and US with the major score.

-   The Bavarian Contest Club (BCC) will sponsoring  5 Trophies to be won by the WRTC-Contest participants with the highest score from the following
     European areas:

1. Central Europe HA, HB, HB0, LX, OE, OK, OM, ON, PA, SP, RA2, 4U1I;V
2. Northern and Eastern Europe,  ER, ES, EU, JW, JX, LA, LY, LZ, OH, OH0, OJ, OY, OZ, RA, SM, UR, YL, YO
3. Western Europe,  C3, CT, CU, EI, F, G, GD, GI, GJ, GM, GU, GW, TF
4. Mediterranean, EA, EA6, HV, I, IS, IT, S5, SV, SV5, SV9, T7, T9, TA1, TK, YU, Z3, ZA, ZB2, 3A, 9A, 9H
5. Germany, DL

- RRDXA TROPHIES (7) for the best those who will send their logs to WRTC Committe right afer the contest :

Trophies will be issued fro the best score / most WRTC station worked for those ITU zones:
18,27, 28, 29, 30, 37  and DJ6QT will donate trophy for winner from zone 45.
