eHam Subscription

We prefer not to assign a value to an eHam subscription. You should decide what is appropriate for you based on your perceived value of the site and your financial situation.

When considering an amount, please consider some of the following:

  • How much do you pay for CQ and-or QST magazines? How much time do you spend reading them every year? How much time do you spend reading eHam?
  • Did you sell something in the eHam Classifieds? What would it have cost you to do the same on eBay?
  • Did you research a purchase in the eHam Product Reviews? How valuable was this information and could it have saved you money by not purchasing the wrong product?
  • Have you used the eHam Callbook? Sure you can use others like QRZ, but ultimately someone is saving you the price of a Callbook or a Callbook CD.
  • How much is that worth? Did the eHam Links save you time finding a web site or ham radio manufacturer?
  • Is an eHam subscriptions within your budget? We some times receive checks from retired hams who are on tight budgets and really have no business sending us money. If an eHam subscription is not within your means, by all means dont send us anything!
