Ham House in Southwest Missouri near Springfield - Sold!

For sale is our 1200 sq foot, single level Ranch style home on a city lot in Nixa, MO at 105 Allen Court--65714 1250 feet above sea level. Nixa is a suburb of Springfield, MO in southwest Missouri with a population of about 16,000. Many restaurants, including Ruby Tuesday and Applebees, and a new doctor's facility with urgent care due to open in March of 2005. Location is only 10 minutes from Springfield and 25 minutes from Branson, MO. House located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with mainly retired neighbors. House is 12 years old and has partial brick front, permanent siding on rest of house, new carpet and paint inside as well as tile and laminate wood flooring all installed professionally in 2002. House has split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, all with walk-in closets and ceiling fans and two baths with kitchen-dining combo. House includes a 12 x 12 deck on back of house, an 8 X 12 storage shed, and a second 12 X 16 ham shack complete with 220 VAC, cable TV jacks for high-speed cable internet, telephone jacks for DSL and computer network. 12 X 16 shed is fully insulated, heated and air conditioned and has a 12 X 16 loft above for storage or play area for children. It also has permanent siding with architectural shingles. House comes with a 48 ft Rohn HDBX self-supporting tower with a Comet GP-9 2m / 440 vertical on top with a Channel master scanner antenna and Cushcraft 224WB 2m-4-element beam mounted below on the mast. Tower has a Cushcraft ARX-220B 220 MHZ FM, Cushcraft ARX-6 6m 6db FM vertical, and Antron A-99 10-17M vertical antennas all side mounted on the tower. Tower equipped with a Channel master light-duty rotor with IR remote control. Underground pipe takes low-loss RG-8 style 9096 extra flex coax cable (purchased from cable works) to the detached 12 X 16 shack, but there is also an underground pipe that goes under the house so cable could be re-routed to one of the bedrooms in the house if preferred. A second 40 ft pole houses a Barker & Williamson BWD 1.8-30 160m thru 10m folded dipole, stacked OA-222 PAR omni-angles for 220 ssb, and stacked OA-50 PAR omni-angles for 3DB gain on 6m SSB. The coax from this pole is also routed underground via pipe to the 12 X 16 detached shack. Lastly, I have a Cushcraft ARX-2B mounted on a 10 ft pole, used as a backup 2m antenna when it is storming, mounted on the east privacy fence with coax routed underground to the shack. Inside the house, there are scanner antenna jacks in the master bedroom and family room with a splitter under the house to allow scanner reception from the antenna on the tower. Coax also run from family room to the house roof near a pipe where a discone or other type antenna could be mounted. House offered, as equipped with all tower and antenna equipment for $114,900.
