Yup! Still looking for a nice quiet place to move to. Looking for a 2 br/bath home with lots of acreage, somewhere in the boonies where the climate is hot & dry, like maybe the south-west? Not interested in retirement communities or trailor parks or city limits!..Cannot afford them "Multi-McMansion" over $100,000, besides too old to get a loan! Handi-man special preferred and might do an even steven swap for my 2 story house in Lake Station, In., Ideal for investors: rent upstairs and downstairs!
