60 watt Spectrian 2.4 Ghz RF Amp - Sold!

I have a 2.4 Ghz 60 Watt RF Amplifier board for sale, this has not been mounted into an enclosure, but it was tested by me. Requires 12-24 Vdc, and approx 1 Watt in at 24 Vdc, gets you 60 Watts out. It uses 3 ea. MRF286S devices, board measures 2 1/4" by 5 3/4". Comes with hookup/setup instructions.
Adjustable drain current, Temp output, 10 to 1 VSWR Protected.
