INTERNATIONAL REPLY COUPONS (IRCs)

They just keep coming. I just sold 65 and have about another 100 IRCs that are up for sale. US Post Office charges $2.25 if they have them. Your price: $1.30 each. These IRCs ARE good anywhere where in the world for one airmail letter. Why send $$ only to have the DX station keep them and not send you a QSL? IRCs are cheaper and THEY WORK.
