DANMIKE DSP-NIR, Digital Signal Processing Noise and Interference Reduction Unit. This unit is USED. It is missing one of the push button knobs. The push button works but the knob is missing. It is in good condition and works per the manual. A copy of the manual is included.
The DSP-NIR unit performs LF signal processing which improves the reception quality of MF-HF radios. The DSP-NIR uses 16 bit DSP technology which substantially improves reception and reduces atmospheric noise and signal interferences. EZ Hookup requires 12 VDC and two RCA cables. The unit connects between the radio and an external speaker or headset. Improves all modes; SSB, CW, Digital, packet, SSTV and RTTY. Easy to install and use.
