This is an excellent package for an experienced amateur or even a beginner! The features on this radio are astounding. Built-in filters, no more switching filters around for field day! The DSP is second to none. This is the radio so many hams think about when they consider the best mobile rig. The radio/tuner are four months old. Every function works perfectly as it did out of the box. The power connections are wired with Anderson Power Poles (RACES compliant). I can send pictures if necessary. All pieces are in excellent condition both cosmetically and electrically. Warranty card has not been sent in. The R-7000 has been a true performer, with <2:1 SWR on all bands.
