KENWOOD TM741A TRANSCEIVER - Sold!

FS: Used Kenwood TM741A transceiver purchased new and has been mounted in one of my cars and used occasionally. Recently I noticed the radio had lost its saved memory channels. The background display lights need replacing. It works fine except it will not save the programed memory channels. I don't want to send it back to Kenwood for repair. It probably is something minor. I was unsuccessful in attempting get the radio to save a programed channel. The transceiver has 100 channels each for 2 meters and 440 mhz. range. It has 50 Watts power on 2 meters and 35 watts on 440 mhz. It works great with a Diamond dual band mag mount mobile. Price $240 plus UPS regular ground shipping and insurance. Includes the original user's manual, Kenwood spec sheet and mobile mounting bracket. Unit offered in "as is" condition with no return or refund. No Paypal. Payment is only via a USPS money order. If interested email me at:
