VHF/UHF Radios

I have an Icom IC-27A 2 meter radio. I have never operated this radio, but the radio does power on and it was operational by the previous owner. The only thing I can find wrong with the radio is the digital display is out in a few places. I am asking $70 + s/h. Am willing to trade...make me an offer.
