I have a Uniden BCD-396T scanner with 2 antennas, new set of rechargable batteries, charger, case and programming cable along with the original manual. A 9 out of 10 as the rubber cover that goes over the programming receptical is missing. Keys are not worn at all and it works 100% with the newest firmware. What I am looking for is a VHF mobile and VHF HT such as the VX-170 or VX-270. So you would trade me 2 radios for the scanner. Cash price for the scanner would be $350.00 shipped .
