This is a nice clean KENWOOD TS-830S that needs a bit of TLC. All receive functions are fine. Bias set up on finals fine, high voltage OK. There is NO R F output. ALC meter pegs with Mode switch in TUNE and SEND-RECEIVE set to TRANSMIT. Meter adjustment VR6 on IF board does not bring meter into correct range. I wish I had time to repair it but this is another project that cannot be undertaken. Regretably, it and a few other such "projects" must go. I have $200.00 into it and that's what I want for it, plus actual shipping costs. May be an easy fix. I have a copy of the Instruction manual and a .pdf of the Service manual.

Just to make sure that everybody understands this: This radio is offered in non-operational condition and will require a modicum of expertise, savvy and a bit of time to resolve.
