I used this equipment for about 6 months and am removing it today to upgrade. I am in fact using this system right now to type this message. It is in excellent condition. It has never been overclocked or abused in any way. As with all electronic equipment, it is being sold strictly as is. There is no warranty. The insurance is strongly recommended, due to possible shipping damage that can occur. It will be well packaged. The motherboard will come in it's original box with the cpu installed, and the ram will be in a padded envelope in the same box. It will all be placed into yet another box along with the fan and heatsink..
