This is the Icom CT-17 Communication Interface-V (CI-V) Level Converter. It can be used to interface up to 4 different radios to your computer. I think that most Icom radios use the CI-V protocol. I am also including a 12V DC power cord, one interface-to-radio cable, and the instruction manual. In addition, I will include the CI-V Reference Manual which provides information about various commands used by the CI-V. Price is $95. The unit is in excellent condition, it does have a very minor discoloration on the top where I had a double-sided sticky tape on it.
