VHF/UHF Amplifiers

Here is my Tokyo Hi-power HL250Udx, I'm asking $850 + shipping, The only issue is that I think I remember the preamp having problems not working right, but not sure, but it's been awhile since I have been on it and I sold the 432 radio.
