I have found more information on the Viking Thunderbolt as to the changes made on it as I found the manual on bamba,the first thing that I noticed was that the screen voltage tubes have been all replaced with a rectifier bridge and and the filtering capacitors were replaced with bigger ones as seen in the pictures that I have and could be sent to anyone that is interested in it,this amp is fully operable as I have fired it up and it works 100% the cabinet is dent free and as to being 1 to 10 I would say its about a 8 or 9 as you know this amp is very heavy and as to shipping I really dont want to as to the weight of it so I would say I would like to have it picked up, as the last resort I would ship it at the cost of the buyer now as to the price I have no idea as to what one would give for it because of the mod changes so I would leave it open to offers or I would make a trade of other items that one would have items to trade,another option is for any
person that has the time to put it back to its original state but as I see it if you were to keep it as one great piece to put next to your Johnson rigs it would look great as you only know that the changes were made,but like me as to selling it I am disclosing all and you would also do the same if you were to sell it again so if you would like pictures of it I have many of them and they are very clear to view and shows all the changes that have been made you can call me at 585-256-7324 for more info or just email.
(PS All the other Johnson parts are still original as to the 4-400 Tubes and what ever.
