Home Brew 2X6 Antenna Switches

Home Brew 2X6 Antenna Switches
These are home brew 2X6 Antenna switches based on a KO4NR design sold by FAR circuit boards. These allow two radios to be connected to any one of six antennas simultaneously using SO-239 ports. These are relay source units. The controller needs to provide 12V.
There is no protection logic inside these units. The controller must provide all the protection. Any relay or bit failure leaves the port in an open state (normally open contact is not connected on the relays ).
For controller, Iíve been using computer controlled relay drivers. A good one is the Shack-Lan from Hamation. For a manual controller, FAR circuits built a control board for these with all the protection needed using a programmed PIC chip. I also have built my own manual controller using CMOS logic and can send schematics for this with board layouts.
When multiple of these units are combined with computer controlled relay drivers like the Shack-LAN from Hamation, the possibilities become very impressive.
Have helped Build up several contest stations overseas using these. The cost of a production 2X6 was too much so I designed these lower cost units based on the KO4NR boards. I built many more than I needed and am now selling the excess.
These units have only been tested, so they are all new components. The ones that are in use have good isolation and reliability.
There is about $150 in parts on these 2X6 units, selling for $200. Pay-Pal preferred.
