Winradio hf to 1.3 gig

This is a classic computer controlled WINRADIO. This is a circuit board that was removed from its case for a project a few years ago. The case front panel was bent out to extract the board. I have the case. I think this goes to 1.3 gigs but it might only go to 1.0 gigs, and down to 500 khz,but im not sure,i forgot. This unit was working fine when removed from the project. It powers up and though i have the original software on 3.5 floppies ,including the spectrum analyzer add on program i cant check it as i dont have a computer with a floppy or a db 9 connecter this scanner requires. Can be easily put back in its case but the front panel will be a bit mangled unless your really good. WORKED GREAT WITHOUT THE CASE,NO INTERFERENCE problems and we used this in a heavy RF environment. Since i cant confirm operation other then it powers up, this is being sold AS IS no returns, however im pretty sure it will function fine. This is for the board, empty bent case and original software on 3.5 floppy. Make me an offer as i dont know how to price this and i dont feel like hunting an old laptop down to confirm operation. MAKE ME AN OFFER. If you know what this is you know they sold for thousands when new. Cash or trade for? If your local to the Los Angeles area you are welcome to bring a suitable laptop to my house in Rosamond,ca. Near palmdale to try it out, but it was in full working order when taken out of service a few years ago. Bring a laptop running old windows with a floppy drive and db9 connecter and male to male db9 cable i believe. Thanks and make me a reasonable offer for this really fun and capable bandscope equipped scanner. 73,pat
