VHF/UHF Antennas

WTB: Circ Pol SAT Antennas

Our middle school won an ARISS
contact! We are excited and in need
of a 2m circular polarized antenna
such as the M2-2MCP14. If you
happen to have a SAT antenna system
including a 70cm cir polarized yagi
that you want to give up, all the
better. Our radio club will use the
70cm antenna after the ARISS
contact for SAT contacts and NOAA
Satellite Imagery.

I am also looking for a backup
station antenna such as an M2-EB144
or Lindenblad. Money is
tight but we can pay a reasonable
amount. I can be contacted at
maxwelltl at aol dot com.

We are also accepting small cash
donations to help buy other
hardware for the contact as well as
to support our radio club going
forward. We need study guides, DC
experiment kits, soldering irons
and hand tools, small kits for the
kiddos to build (clock, code
oscillators, crystal radios). Our
goal is to raise $5,000. Due to
generous hams, we have already
raised $700 towards that goal. We
will also take any small hand tools
in reasonable condition and working
VO meters. No cash donation is too
small, every $5 bill will be put to
good use and greatly appreciated.
