HF Amplifiers

WTT: Kenwood TL-922

I have for trade, a Kenwood TL-922 in perfect operating condition. This amp was modified by Mr. Don Kessler himself.

I have all the paperwork as to what was done and the test sheet from Mr. Kessler on the amp. Hereís an overview of the mods, parasitic suppression, QSK, WARC band operation 17/12 meters. Soft keying, Step start, Standby light, Idle current adj, Bias board fuse, EBS.. to name the main mods. The Amp is in great shape and if you know anything about the Kenwood 922, you know itís a beautiful amp. I think itís the best looking desktop amp made.

It has a matched pair of RF Parts 3-500ZG tubes that puts out full power, about 1100 to 1375 watts, thatís what this amp is built for. I normally run it at about 800 watts, 10 thru 160 meters.

Iím looking for a Nikon AF-S VR Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G ED I or II or Nikon AF-S Nikkor 24-70mm F/2.8G ED lens, the lens must be in good working condition, with no problems.

Iím only doing this as Iím pursuing my photograph more than Amateur Radio at this moment, hi hi
Letís talk if you have anyone of these lenses and are not using it as much as youíre using your radio. I will add money depending on what you have and what lens. Lets talk

Thank you for your time, 73 Dale KD5UVV
