MFJ-980 3KW Versa Tuner IV

I've owned several of the tuners in this 3KW Versa Tuner IV series for over 30 years, and if you want a rugged basic tuner this is it.

They're completely reliable, no arcs, nothing erratic, very solid simple made in USA construction using the "T" type circuit and 6kV caps. I've used it on the air and it works fine. Covers 160-10 meters for coax, single wire, and balanced line with a 4:1 encapsulated balun.

I can send the pdf manual from my MFJ-982 tuner, which is identical save for the antenna switch, or you can download it from mods.dk

You can have this for $150 plus shipping and it will ship within a day of payment, domestic or international.

Payment in cash, PayPal, or USPS money order. As-is, not returnable, not guaranteed, no refunds. You can pick it up in person and see it work if you're in the Chicago-Milwaukee area.
