HF Antennas

Hy-gain TH-11DX

Purchased new by me in 1996 and used for five years in my previous location in central NJ. At
50 feet, performance was outstanding. I worked DXCC with this antenna using no more than
1KW and frequently working barefoot. Mechanically the antenna is very strong - I never
had any issues with wind or ice damage. Taken down in 2002 and stored for past ten years.
All traps worked fine when taken out of service, and traps have been stored inside, but as I
have no way to test the antenna, it is being sold as is. Note that the balun case is cracked and
that the phasing tubes are slightly indented at one point (but not shorted to the boom and
likely of no consequence to operation). Includes all elements, boom, element to boom
clamps, boom to mast clamp, insulators, and all hardware except for a few stainless boom to
mast bolts that had frozen and had to be cut off. Includes original manual. Local pickup in
NJ. Asking $500.
