Transformer 1200v 4A (?)

I have a heavy duty transformer,
115v primary 1200v CT (600-0-600).
No make or Model number visible.
Primary winding is 6awg, secondary
is 15awg. Typically current
capacity is around 600 circular
mils/amp, which would suggest the
primary is good for at least 40A
and the secondary for at least 4A.
Weight is 77lbs. Size is around 10" across.
Asking $200 obo.
Shipping to CONUS would be in the
$35-$65 range (UPS ground)
depending on distance from NJ
