VHF/UHF Radios

IC- 471A / IC-271A

Nice Icom satellite pair. Each unit has the UX-14 communications interface installed for computer control. This is Icom's CI-IV/CI-V converter. The pair also has the CT-16 satellite interface unit which allows the radios to "track" together and allow for doppler shift. These radios have seen little use since the demise of Oscar 13. The radios and rotors were controlled by my software. Each unit has CTCSS tones, FM/SSB/CW, variable 1-25 watts, vox, all advanced features. Original factory manuals for the radios and the accessories are included.

The 2M unit has the internal IC-PS25 switching power supply. The 440 unit has the IC-EX310 voice synthesizer unit. I used a NCR power supply that is "keyed" to the radio (supply under desk, but turns on and off with the power switch on the radio). If not a pick up, this may be a little heavy to ship.

The radios are in very good condition with no major scratches and work as they should. One of the handheld mic's does not work. The other mic is fine. I suspect a bad element. I did not use the supplied mics with the radios.

The radios lived in a non smoking environment and can be shipped in the double boxes supplied by Icom. Price is $650 plus shipping. Please email me at:
