Heath SB-310

Vintage, working Heathkit SB-310 HF Receiver with the optional SSB and CW filters installed.

I have kept the SB-310 on standby keeping the tubes ďcookingĒ and capacitors formed.
And I do occasionally use it to tune around the bands and it works fine.
I find the audio quality to be superior to the modern radios, but I grew up with these tube radios.

The sale includes the manual, a spare set of tubes and a spare set of the SSB crystals (not the band crystals)
and the optional SSB and CW filters installed.

This is a "general purpose" receiver, it is not specifically for ham radio as the SB-300/301 was.
It DOES cover the 80, 40, 20 and 15 meter bands as well as some other bands:
- 3.5 to 4.0 (80m)
- 5.7 to 6.2
- 7.0 to 7.5 (40m)
- 9.5 to 10.0 (WWV)
- 11.5 to 12.0
- 14.0 to 14.5 (20m)
- 15.0 to 15.5 (WWV)
- 17.5 to 18.0
- 21.3 to 21.8 (this is a factory mod to cover 15m, originally it covered 26.9 to 27.4)

Iím asking $300.00 PLUS shipping or you can pick it up in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area.
Disagree with that price? Email me a serious offer.

The buyer pays for actual shipping.

I prefer PayPal for payment.

Finally, this is a tube radio and it is older electronics.
While itís electronically and mechanically working as it sits on the desk today [see pic],
it is sold ďas is".

Contact me for more info, pictures, etc. and Iíll send them via email.
